Our client is a global private bank in the banking industry and they are looking for an Operations Analyst (6-months) to join them.
Key responsibilities are the completion of all tasks as per service level agreements, preparation of monthly control reports, support of month end deliverables and involvement in the day to day work as and if required. Further support management in various ad hoc projects and collaborate in process changes and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation review (verification of source data with output)
- Documentation gathering and delivery to external lawfirms
- Limit cancellation support
- System data clean ups where required to ensure a automatic transfer from source to target sytem
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail, in particular with numbers
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills
- Ability to execute tasks ensuring high standards of quality.
- preferable to have experience working in a private banking supporting credit risk and front office departments.
- Possess knowledge of standard/nonstandard Lombard credit limits and share backed lending transactions
