Temp Staff for Accounts Assistant (Receivables) (4 months)
- Prepare & check showroom collection summary against daily credit card transaction
- Download, print & update all daily Amex & DBS bank advice
- Timely updates of receipts and collections in cashbook
- Follow up on deposit clearance, balance collections and finance commission/loan disbursements receivables
- Follow up on refunds to customers
- To assist in issuing official receipts and ensuring full payment from customers/banks
- Check and update all declaration emails from Sales Consultants
- Update deposit clearance, and follow up on deposit image in Salesforce
- Send weekly report on all outstanding finance commission & no of vehicle registered to GL
- Prepare/check tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes
- Issue, verify, update & arrange all vouchers to send to sales consultants for their customers (Shell/Takashimaya/Aftersales Credit vouchers)
- Prepare vouchers redemption form
- Follow up with Sales Consultants to submit all pending acknowledgement forms for all vouchers issued
- Post till accounts
- Send monthly car sales related reports
- Follow up Pre-owned receivables/overtrade billing
- Update monthly cash clearing schedule
