Outsystems Support Analyst/ Lead (Ref 25758)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with development teams during the transition phase of applications from development to production.

• Monitor and maintain existing OutSystems applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and user experience.

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using OutSystems.

• Provide estimates for development efforts and project timelines.

• Work on OutSystems solutions that span both mobile and web platforms.

• Ensure seamless integration between mobile and web components.

• Optimize applications for responsive design and cross-device compatibility.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

• Strong experience in OutSystems development, including creating modules, screens, and logic flows.

• At least 5 years & above of relevant working experiences

• Familiarity with OutSystems Forge components and integration patterns.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug OutSystems applications effectively.

• Understanding of mobile and web application development principles.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance professionals.
