Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions in Asia
- Coordinate recruitment activities and administer hiring process
- Handle employee onboarding programme
- Maintain accurate HR database and up to-date employee records in personal files
- Update employee training records
- Handle ongoing digitalization project
- Plan and organize employee activities
- Assist with day to day HR functions
Requirements
- Min Diploma
- Possesses at least 1 year experience in HR operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
