Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Demand & Supply Specialist.
JOB SUMMARY
- Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations for regional market and sales reporting
- Support regional Annual Plan operations for mid-term sales planning
- Work closely with counterparts such as Sales Division, Plant Operations team etc, to steer Asia sales
- Other adhoc duties e.g Export Trade Security Controls (ETSC) enquiries coordination, department budget management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly D&S operations:
- Function as main point of contact for monthly market and sales submissions to HQ
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of market and sales data gathered from Sales Division
- Prepare flash reports for internal circulation
- Manage schedule for various regular management reportings
- Prepare initial market, sales and share evaluation for regional management reportings
Annual Plan operations:
- Manage schedule for required management reportings in line with the key milestones
- Support in data gathering and material preparation
Other adhoc duties:
- Coordinate with stakeholders on any ETSC enquiries
- Department budget management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business/ Economics/Engineering/Mathematics/IT
- Strong in analysis, problem solving and numbers
- Possess good time management, communication & negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong determination & perseverance, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to travel within short notice
- Able to commit additional hours for work during peak period
