Job Description
- To promote and sell assigned products to all private clinics/ hospitals and hospital/polyclinics pharmacies within the territories assigned to you.
- Develops territories and monitor sales plans to maintain existing accounts and expands customer base to achieve goals and objectives
- Manages and develops strong long-term relationships with physicians in all assigned territory, build close ties with the decision-makers of main hospitals/polyclinics/clinics to ensure a continue usage of company's products
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining a high standard of customer service (before & after sales) for assigned brands
- Assist in organizing medical seminars and public forums
- Aware of market trends to come up with creative methods to generate greater sales
- Maintain an excellent level of continuous-improvement, personal and professional growth to grow territory sales and accomplish territory objectives
- Write sales report.
- To assist Sales and Marketing Manager in conducting market research, and to execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales turnover and profits.
- To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in selected key account management.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Preferably with pharmaceutical sales experience
- Must possess a Singapore driving license and owns a car
- Possess a professional yet friendly, confident and calm disposition under all circumstances.
- Dynamic, independent, pleasant, positive attitude with drive & energy to meet & exceed sales target, warm personality, team player, adaptable.
- Good sales personality, interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a pro-active mindset.
- Neat appearance.
