As part of the SaaS Infrastructure Delivery team, you will deal with our Hosting Providers to provision and deliver infrastructure in a time and cost-efficient manner to SaaS clients, apply the infrastructure management processes (capacity management, patch management, etc.) to maintain a stable and reliable service and contribute to continuous improvement and evolution projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure and IT services to SaaS clients on-time, on-specs.
- Work with providers to adhere to security best practices related to cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and support current client’s infrastructure and ensure the quality and stability of the MX.3 platform.
- Provide support ticket follow-up until resolution with clear communication.
- Work on infrastructure delivery procedures including regular performance reviews, user and access management, capacity management, vulnerability management, etc.
- Follow team processes and propose improvements.
- Plan and supervise standard hardware, patching, and upgrade maintenance (Windows, Linux, DB...) with providers.
- Identify recurrent issues and escalate/work with relevant experts to resolve them.
To be successful in the role, you should possess/be:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 2 – 6 years of experience in a Networking or Infrastructure support role.
- 2+ years of demonstrable, professional Cloud Infrastructure experience in AWS.
- Proficient in computer networking applied to cloud environments.
- Scripting and developing automation in Python or Bash, Terraform, Ansible or similar programming languages.
- Cross-domain technical knowledge including but not limited to: Linux and Windows Server operating systems
- Virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies
- Relational Database administrations and advanced queries
- Demonstrated ability for continuous learning and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and good analysis and synthesis capabilities
