- Handles the full spectrum of employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, staff wellness, etc
- Budget planning and tracking
- Prepares weekly/monthly HR related reports for management and reporting
- Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.
Responsibilities
- Degree in Human Resource or Finance and Business related discipline
- Minimum 5years of relevant experience
- Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
