Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end - end of HR duties including but not limited to talent management, performance review, compensation & benefits, operations and learning & development.
- Responsible for end - end monthly payroll run for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
- Manage and carry out day-to-day human resource operations such as application for government grants, claims and work passes, end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews on-boarding / off-boarding of employees, maintaining of personnel records.
- Partner with the business units to identity employee’s issues and provide necessary HR advice.
- Support & participate Company wide’s training and development plans
- Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Min 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial and technology industries
- Experience with BIPO system and Hands on payroll will be advantageous
- Diploma or Degree in HRM and/or Finance
- Independent yet a team player
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
