Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure solutions in Sales Cloud and Service cloud using out of box and declarative functionalities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, following coding best practices and design patterns
- Collaborate with functional and technical leads to implement business requirements, participating in solution design sessions, user story grooming, and sprint planning
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability, following established coding standards and version control best practices
- Work closely with QA engineers and business users to address feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the implemented solutions meet acceptance criteria and user expectations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
- For Junior developer, minimum 1-3 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- For Senior developer, minimum 3-4 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
