We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales and Events Specialist. The ideal candidate will drive sales efforts to book restaurant spaces for corporate events, private parties, and other large gatherings. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, event planners, and companies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and industry events.
- Create customized sales pitches and presentations to attract and secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide tours of restaurant spaces to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs to tailor event proposals and packages.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process.
- Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure seamless coordination of events.
- Work with clients to create bespoke event packages, including custom menus, entertainment, and logistics.
- Communicate all event details clearly to the operations team for flawless execution.
Marketing and Customer Service:
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Create awareness of the restaurant's event spaces through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and direct outreach.
- Offer special packages and promotions to attract corporate bookings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
