Responsibilities:
- Advertise job openings on multiple platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Source and identify the best candidates who can fulfil our clients requirements.
- Liaise and provide consultative advice and services to candidates and maintain good relationship and rapport.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience (1-2 years) as a Recruitment Consultant is an added advantage. However, candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Sales driven with a positive mindset.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
