We are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as we continue to expand our operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, in the Domestic Helpers Domestic Helper & Banker’s Guarantee Department.
A day in the life:
- Manage clients’ enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other requests.
- Identify insurance needs of clients and delivery of solutions.
- Preparation of documents relating to transacted business.
- Maintain close relationship with customers and partners through dedicated and excellent service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities where possible.
- Handlings Maids claims.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned when required.
What you need:
- At least a GCE ‘O’ certificate holder or above with at least 2 years of insurance experience.
- A minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
- Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, positive thinking and proactive attitude.
- Meticulous, organized and possess initiative.
- Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.
- Must be a team player and be able to work together in a team.
