- Direct/manage/execute all related sales and marketing activities.
- Build/empower the distributors’ relationships with the corporation via training, motivational or coaching programs, recognition and events activities.
- Identify emerging leaders and assist them to grow through various trainings to excel in sales field.
- Execute training program for Associates at different levels of skills.
- Plan and execute recognition and incentive programs for distributors.
- Collaborate with marketing department to organize prospecting events, such as product launches, health fairs, etc.
- Assist on researching relevant industry information for market research purpose.
- Propose budget forecast and spending and monitor progress with periodic updates to the management.
- Monitor the results of promotional campaigns and share ideas and best practices/feedback.
