Key responsibilities:
- Performing like an Account Manager, handling all queries and correspondence to ensure timely and accurate debtor reporting and provision for bad debt
- Ensure smooth flow of transactions to all external channels, including brokers and agents
- Participate in Transformation project, including preparing documents and participating in UAT
Key requirements:
- 2+ years of credit control experience within the Insurance industry
