Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the catering kitchen.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with kitchen equipment promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce the risk of equipment failure and extend the lifespan of kitchen appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Technician: At least NITEC in relevant technical field
- Technical Officer: At least Diploma in relevant technical field
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Working hours: 6 days work week rotating shift work including overnight
- Location: Changi
