Responsibilities:
- Assist M&E Coordinator to supervise site work
- Monitor and control the progress of the M&E works based on the schedule.
- To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
- Check on quality of material and workmanship
- To arrange with consultant for site inspection
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Check material delivered to site
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
- To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or with equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferred with Building projects experience)
- Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
- Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
