Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of recruitment processes including job advertising & screening of potential candidates for local/Malaysia branch, interview arrangement, job offering, manage onboarding of new hires, etc
- Manage job portals and recruitment channels
- Maintain and upkeep HR and employees' records while ensuring their confidentiality
- Responsible in administer renewal of employment contracts
- Handle work passes related matters including application, renewal, etc
- Liaise with MOM for work pass-related matters
- Provide HR & administration support as assigned by HR & Admin Manager
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with recruitment background will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
