Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Install, manage, and support Windows Operating Systems and Mobile device management
- Manage Application deployment on PC and Mobile devices
- Resolve all Incidents in a timely manner, according to the appropriate incident Severity Level defined.
- Coordinate with Service Desk and provide level 2 and level 3 support to Service desk and Users.
- Desktop support and mobile device troubleshooting for applications.
- Assisted in troubleshoot PCs via remote session that have issue been reported on Ticketing system.
- Remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection and hardware and software inventory functionality of company assets including VDI machines.
- Manage Anti-malware, intrusion prevention and firewall features for server and desktop computers. Modify security policies. Apply firewall policies that block or allow network traffic.
- Assign licenses to users and groups.
- Download pre-configured packages or create them for desktop apps.
- View, create, and download license assignment reports and track changes made in the Admin Console
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting and Printer support
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
- Advance technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10), Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
