Strategic Marketing Specialist (Branding)

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Specialist (Branding) to enhance our presence in Southeast Asia, particularly in key markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and other significant regions. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of market trends and consumer habits to develop and implement effective branding strategies. This role demands in-depth knowledge of SEA market including channels to build local relationships, as well as the ability to work closely with marketing teams to achieve product growth goals.


Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the relevant markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and cultural nuances across various SEA countries.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
  • Design and execute outstanding consumer-facing campaigns based on primary target markets and audiences, aligning them with product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing / branding strategies

Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen our network and enhance market penetration.
  • Identify potential strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the industry to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding or marketing with in-depth knowledge of consumer habits and market trends in SEA market.
  • Established network and resources within the Southeast Asian market.
  • Problem-solving skills, and strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
