The Job
· Ensure proactive approach is taken to identification of Financial Crime risk change and potential impacts on INSP business model
· Continuous review for appropriateness of framework to monitor Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) developments impacting INSP
· Assist in program implementation to quantify impacts and implement actions to address, manage and mitigate impacts of regulatory changes on INSP.
· Liaise with relevant stakeholder within Insurance in Singapore, other Global Business and Functional teams to provide expertise and support on all Financial Crime Compliance related matters, under the guidance of the team lead
· Strong communication and working relationship with stakeholders.
· Influence business and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of FCC requirements and ensuring compliance with Group and local regulatory requirements.
· Engage with senior management and business stakeholders to provide proactive and business driven solutions within the compliance framework.
· Implement as required policies and systems that ensure that INSP’s exposure to financial crime compliance, is managed, in a practical and effective manner, including efficient and reasonable deployment of resources and an understanding of the business operations and needs
· Review of sales cases requiring FCC advice, implementation of FCC projects and programs.
· Implement Global Standards and other Group driven projects for FCC in the areas of CDD, KYC, name screening & transaction monitoring etc.
· Ensure continued oversight, review and monitoring over the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy requirements.
· Implement Annual Compliance plan, including thematic reviews, monitoring and compliance risk assessment for FCC matters
The Talent
· Minimally 8 to 10 years’ experience in related Financial Crime Compliance matters
· Insurance experience preferred, candidates with audit background welcome to apply
· Knowledge of local regulation
· Clear communicator, written and verbal
· Strong project management skills
