Main Responsibilities
- Assist in basic book-keeping duties.
- Ensure accurate entry of data-related administrative matters.
- Answering and directing of phone calls, providing clients with information and service.
- Ability to file and maintain records in a systematic manner.
Requirements
- SG/PR only
- O levels or above
- Experience with F&B industry is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin as internal communications are with Chinese Stakeholders
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point); added bonus on knowledge with POS and/or Autocount system.
