Below is a brief description of your job scope. The Management may adjust your job scope from time-to-time to better align with the organisation objectives.
Job Description:
- Report to Assistant Director and responsible for Centre Operations, relations and monitoring of Infoline to ensure timely response to queries on ACE.SG’s activities, response to face-to-face queries, co-ordination of delegation visits, and collaboration requests.
- Responsible for the daily operations of ACE.SG Welcome Centre, which include: (1) Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and availability of facilities, services, equipment, materials, F&B items, and tidiness and cleanliness of the centres, (2) Liaising with vendors, facility managements and service providers to enhance the services and facilities, e.g. renovations and maintenance , and (3) Ensure the proper routing of mails and distribution of information relating to Centre operations.
- Responsible for the management and updates of the Centre Infowall e.g. Info Screens in the Welcome Centre.
- Assist in Community Initiatives. Represent ACE.SG in other community events if required.
- Collaborate with LaunchPad residents (startups, incubators, investors, service providers, etc.) to build the community and enhance the vibrancy of JTC LaunchPad@one-north.
- Provide regular updates to the Management on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required.
- Participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.
- Be familiar with the assistance schemes for startups and respond to walk-in enquiries from entrepreneurs and startups.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.
- A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
