1. JOB PURPOSE

Carries out product quality control checks, maintains and operates the Terminal Facilities (Oil and Gas).

Attractive overtime with Basic up to $3.5-4.0K. Location: Changi Airfreight Centre.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1 Company Policy

a. To comply with CAFHI’s company policies, Code of Ethics and JIG Business principles

2.2 Health Safety Security & Environment

a. Compliance to the Safety Management System towards Key Performance Indicators established

b. Participate in review of Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure

c. To comply to the Loss Prevention System

d. CERT team member

2.3 Jetty

a. To line up storage tanks for discharge of fuel from supply vessels

b. Loading Master for vessel discharge activities.

c. To conduct quality checks on board vessel for fuel being supplied

d. To verify the vessel receipt documents and cargo quantity is within the allowable tolerance.

e. To report to Shift Supervisor of any cargo quantity out of the allowable tolerance.

f. Work closely with the mooring crews to ensure safe berthing and un-berthing of vessels

g. Conduct Pre Arrival checklist to prepare for vessel receipt

h. Ensure Vessel masters adhere to vessel ballasting plan.

i. Monitor Flow rate and Line Pressure throughout receiving

j. Operate Loading Arms and Jetty Gangway

2.3 Tank Farm & Control Room

a. Take readings of individual storage tanks to enable supervisor to calculate stock levels.

b. Drain tanks for quality control checks.

c. Perform Control checks for release tanks.

d. Perform Daily Routine Checklist

e. Perform Repacking before and after receipt as per SWP

f. Assign and prepare tanks for Receiving and Test Rig

g. Manage release tank changeover as per SWP

h. Perform weekly filter DP.

i. Monitor Flow Rate and Inlet Filter DP reading during receiving.

j. Perform functional checks on Equipment as per JIG requirement.

k. To operate DCS system

2.4 Apron

a. Checks serviceability of fuel pit valves

b. Attend to service or emergency calls or alarms

c. Change fuel Pit Valve

d. Carry out high flow checks on fuel pit valves

e. Perform Low points checks in the Apron

f. Maintenance and Pressure Testing of Pit Valve assemblies.

2.5 General

a. General maintenance of buildings/offices/vehicle

b. Respond to all emergencies

c. Testing of elements in the filters.

d. To perform Loss Prevention Observation monthly

e. Carries out any other works as assigned by Supervisors

Educational / Professional Qualifications And Experience
