Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reports, templates, dashboards with insights, scorecards, and metrics that drive change in the business which are tailored in level of detail for the appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders through discussion, presentations, and write-ups of results, recommendations and meaningful insights gained through data analysis to be used to develop strategic and operational plans.
- Gathering, analysing data, and supporting projects relating to data/reporting solutions using statistical models.
- Ensuring the integrity of data, which includes data extraction, processing, storage, and manipulation and analysis.
- Use data mining techniques to consolidate and analyse information from available data sources to support process optimisation and automation modelling.
- Work with business requirements to identify and understand source data systems and identify resolutions to data issues.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the team.
- Develop or validate the creation and maintenance of data definitions and metadata.
- Develop and maintain data dictionary to create metadata reports for technical and business purpose.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, experience with data/statistical analysis is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a similar data analytics/BI/ data science focused position
- Proficiency in the use of statistical applications/ tech tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, VBA, or similar BI tools
- Knowledge on use of JIRA as a tracking and ticketing tool to organize projects, epics and user stories is advantageous.
- Data and Reporting Analyst Ability to work with and analyse multiple large sources of data.
