HR and Admin Executive

S-space Group Pte. Ltd.

Location: One North

Working hour: Monday - Friday, office hour

Remuneration: Basic salary + AWS + Performance Bonus


Job Descriptions:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters (including WP, SP, EP, Dependant Pass)
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

2. Payroll Administration

  • Assist in payroll calculation and payroll process

3. Training and Development

  • Review and update training policies, identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees

4. Performance Management

  • Provide support to managers and employees in performance-related matters

5. HR Policies and Compliance

  • Review and update HR policies and handbook, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, medical benefit, etc

6. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and letters
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Director


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of HR & Admin related working experience
  • Experience in a startup environment will be advantageous
  • Proficient in reading and writing both English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
