Location: One North
Working hour: Monday - Friday, office hour
Remuneration: Basic salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Job Descriptions:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters (including WP, SP, EP, Dependant Pass)
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
2. Payroll Administration
- Assist in payroll calculation and payroll process
3. Training and Development
- Review and update training policies, identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees
4. Performance Management
- Provide support to managers and employees in performance-related matters
5. HR Policies and Compliance
- Review and update HR policies and handbook, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, medical benefit, etc
6. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and letters
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Director
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of HR & Admin related working experience
- Experience in a startup environment will be advantageous
- Proficient in reading and writing both English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-driven and able to work independently
