Location: One North
Working Hour: Monday - Friday, office hour
Remuneration: Basic salary + AWS + Peformance Bonus
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for daily finance operations
- Handle full set of accounts up including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Handle tax computations, GST filing and payroll
- Prepare cash flow statement and balance sheet schedule including bank reconciliation
- Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)
- Check and verify employee claims for disbursement
- Assist in audit and tax related matters
- Assist in Corporate income tax compliance
- Other ad-hoc accounting work as assigned by Director
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts
- Experience in a startup environment will be advantageous
- Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
