The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our company’s products and services in Singapore in particular across all digital space. This role requires a high level of digital competency, overseeing, executing campaigns and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
● To develop and implement SG offline channel strategy and Category vision together with cross functional stakeholders.
● Analyze business performance and ability to craft and shape channel strategy and plans in a fast changing retail environment.
● Work with Head of digital to establish and execute digital marketing strategy for APAC digital channels/ecommerce (performance marketing, social, content)
● Responsible for governance of all brands’ digital and offline presence
● Strategize and design digital marketing roadmaps and key digital campaigns for all digital platforms.
● Build and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
● Drive cost efficiency and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, tools/channels or Optimise always-on media to achieve KPIs based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
● Analyze, review digital marketing reporting with meaningful customer insights (e.g. customer experience insights, customer behavior insights) to drive strategy
● Responsible for the content strategy development and management
Requirements
● Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
● In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
● Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
● Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
● Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
● Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
● Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
● In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
● Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
● Strong project management skills
● In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
● Proficiency in photo and video editing software
● Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
● Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
● Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
● Experience in shopify, marketplace a plus
