Job description:
- Lead teams in the end-to-end implementation of technology systems
- Understanding and developing technological solutions for each client
- Facilitate client design workshops, training end-users, and providing hypercare
- Drive completion of configuration, build, data migration, testing and deployment activities within project.
- Manage ongoing client relationships
- Play an active role in developing LanciaConsult, using your network for both improving the brand and image of LanciaConsult and for business development
Requirements:
- Experienced in lead projects successfully, working within Consulting, with a track record of high performance
- Experience of working with senior clients, bringing ideas to them, and challenging them on solutions and direction
- Evidence of being a strong leader; able to motivate, grow and lead a team
- Are a strong people developer; able to guide and lead teams, creating development plans coaching, and mentoring
- Passionate and comfortable working on leading technology platforms
- Love working in teams and can build strong relationships across levels
- Independent thinker and able to critically assess situations to guide clients to understand the best outcomes
