E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

· Ecommerce Strategy:

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the ecommerce space and recommend new initiatives to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to align ecommerce activities with overall business goals.

· Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce website, including product listings, content updates, and user experience optimization.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value, and implement strategies to improve them.
  • Ensure that the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Online Marketing:

  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce platform and increase conversion rates.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and affiliate marketing, to reach target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and maximize ROI.

· Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Continuously monitor and improve the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop personalized and targeted marketing initiatives to engage customers and drive repeat purchases.

· Sales and Revenue Optimization:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising tactics to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on market opportunities.
