Salary UP $4000 + High Commissions
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide technical advice and to render support to Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Building Owners respectively
- Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
- Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
- Manage, maintain a good relationship with key accounts and identify potential new customers and develop new accounts
- Ensure quote activities are updated in a timely manner in accordance with Sales Department standard process
- To take ownership of assigned projects and target on identified must-win projects to ensure meeting set order targets
- Understand and identify business outcomes for customers and help provide a total solution to meet these desired outcomes
- Responsible for meeting Sales target set by the company as well as developing new businesses through customers, products, or product applications in Singapore
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in construction industry
- Comprehend mechanical, electrical fitments and drawing interpretations
- Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control system or Fire alarm system will be advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working in customer-facing situations
- Solid computer skills, including a good understanding of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Constantly striving to offer the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Preferred with own transportation
