Objectives:
- Act as a site controller for Jurong site to guide the team with high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform as a trusted business partner to site management team to provide reliable data for management decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Performance Management
- Coordinate and support Site Manager for Operational Planning, Target Setting, and Forecasting process and assumptions.
- Provide management and Business Reporting
- Operational Analysis
- Support Site Manager by providing Business Consulting, Analysis and Recommendation for management decision and action.
- Responsible for all product costing topics, including transfer pricing.
- Consult on Operational Planning, investment targets and strategy projects.
- Governance and Compliance
- Responsible for enforcing financial Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and compliance with Internal Control Effectiveness
- Responsible for follow-up on Audits
- Consulted for Inter Company Transfer Pricing (ICTP)/ Cost Sharing Agreement (CSA)/ Financial Review Compliance (FRC) compliance.
- Interface Management
- Responsible for coordination with Business Unit for Business Unit and Controlling specific topics (Organizational Interface Management)
- Responsible for Training, Education and Support on controlling topics.
- Accountable for initiating and implementing Business Unit specific controlling Systems, Tools, and Projects
- Administrative/Other support role
- The site's contact person on custom-related matters for site's Finished Goods to be exported out i.e., prepare custom-related documents, advice on custom-related matters, provide support (on custom-related matters) to Regional Business Unit team.
- Support stock take and other site related topics
- Provide support as production controller on product costing and reporting matters (e.g., yearly preparation of budget and costing set-up)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above major in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling area in an international company
- Deep awareness of compliance and organizational issues.
- Able to work in Jurong Island.
