Problem-Solving Pro: Navigate choppy waters with ease, handling any operational issues that arise with grace and efficiency to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating magical moments for guests.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or operations management is a plus.
- A sense of adventure and a willingness to embrace new challenges!
- Experience working cruise company will be cherry on the cake.
- Event management and leisure travel experience managing FIT and GIT will be a great add on too.
