- Client/Account servicing
- Managing a team of project executives and managers to handle various projects assigned
- Events/Exhibitions/Prints Project coordination, including sourcing for suppliers/props/materials, budgeting and quotation, and invoicing
- Expected to be on-site for events/exhibitions/prints reccee, setup and teardown
- Internal coordinaton with in-house designers, carpenters and production and installation teams
- Preparation of risk assessments, site surveys for event setup
- Ensure efficient activation and execution of events and exhibitions
- Highly motivated, resourceful and efficient
- Hardworking and client centric
- Good writiten and communication skills
- Minimum diploma and/or prior experience in the events / exhibition industry is preferred
