What you will be working on:
Clinic Management
- Oversee the clinic operations of the assigned clinics such as staff scheduling and management, patient flow management, handling patient feedback and complaints, and supporting clinic administration
- Develop and implement patient-care policies and procedures together with other stakeholders and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows, and increase work efficiency
- Review existing policies, processes, guidelines and training program to ensure that our staff provides a good patient experience
- Manage a team of staff (depending on the clinic) which includes providing counselling, training and development and to improve their performance
Project Management
- Participate in various stages of new projects and initiatives
- Develop project plans, including workflow, timelines and budgeting and managing resources
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to management, including reporting on key metrics and project outcomes
- Work closely with doctors, clinic staff and other stakeholders to operationalise new project processes effectively and efficiently
