The right candidate will play a critical role in driving the execution of critical strategy transformation initiatives, overseeing all aspects from implementation to risk management, ensuring timely and quality completion. This role will also spearhead change management strategies to promote adoption across regions, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement to align with organizational goals. Ability to influence stakeholders towards outcomes would be critical success factor in this role.
You should have excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership capabilities, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information to stakeholders at all levels of the business. The role reports into the Chief Transformation, Investment & Strategy Officer (CTISO).
Major Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY
· Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects overseeing all aspects from inception to delivery, and ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality parameters.
· Manage project execution with a focus on achieving strategic outcomes, utilizing advanced project management methodologies and best practices.
· Implement rigorous risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential risk ensuring smooth project progression.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
· Champion the change management process, ensuring delivery of benefits to drive organizational transformation initiatives.
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of change initiatives, providing reports to senior leadership.
· Drive cultural change of innovation and foster a resilient organization capable of adapting to ongoing transformation.
· Drive outcomes across organization through influence and collaboration across levels.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
· Exercise effective and proactive stakeholder management with Executive Leadership Team, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment of expectations and foster collaborative relationships to support transformation objectives.
· Facilitate high-level stakeholder meetings, ensuring active engagement throughout project lifecycle.
· Act as a consultant to provide guidance to stakeholders across functions, business units and executive management to drive alignment and achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
· 10+ years of experience in a senior transformation management role (or corporate strategy roles) , with a proven exposure in multi project management within a SaaS company. (Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply and can be considered for a more junior role)
· Extensive experience in leading complex, multi-functional projects and delivering measurable business results.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools.
· In-depth understanding of SaaS products, business models, and market dynamics.
· Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
· High level of adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Exposure to Maritime or Shipping industry would be an added advantage.
