- Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation.
- Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements.
- Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences/Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a chemistry laboratory environment
- Able to start immediate
