Job Summary
The Assistant Relationship Manage position is to provide administrative support to all Relationship
Managers in the Sales Department.
Job Description
- Generate and maintain Sales reports for the department and the Relationship Managers.
- Ensure all trade are adequately executed and recorded in the Sales Blotter timely.
- Support Relationship Managers on trade transactions and facilitate coordination within the sales team.
- Liaise with Marketing department to coordinate clients’ events.
- Assist the Relationship Managers in liaising with the trade team for trades execution if required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of documentation support experience in Financial Institution.
- Proficient in using Microsoft excel.
- Attention to detail and good follow up skills.
- Beside English, ability to communicate in Chinese language for the managing of Chinese speaking clients.
- Strong sense of initiative, ability to multitask and is well organised.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build basic Macros in Excel.
- Basic understanding on financial products.
