Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and operational duties.
- Handle sourcing of quotations from insurers.
- Attend to phone and email enquiries.
- Perform policy processing duties such as new insurance policies, renewals, changes, cancellations, claims etc.
- Market general insurance products such as car insurance etc.
- Keep up-to-date with various general insurance products from different insurers and compare the various features.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
- Candidates who possess certificates in general insurance (CGI, PGI, HI and BCP) will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for executive position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with ability to work independently.
Other Information
- Working Location: Great World City Office Tower (River Valley area)
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
