1.Inventory management (including periodic stock-take), orders and store lab supplies, maintains accurate inventory levels for all products.
2. Ensures and maintain proper documentation for all purchase and inventory transactions.
3. Maintains close communication with lab personnel and vendors when necessary.
4. Responsible for receiving and tracking, maintaining test sample inventories, distributing samples for testing and sample destruction.
5. Prepare and submit samples to contract laboratories. Follow up on results of test with contract labs.
6. Support in preparing analytical reagents when required.
7. Work closely with EHS officer to ensure lab supplies are compliance with Environment, Health, Safety and Security policies.
8. Responsible for QC lab and equipment/instrument cleanliness.
9. Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.
EDUCATION:
Diploma in science related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology).
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
1. Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. A good team player with positive learning attitude.
3. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Able to work independently, multitask and perform in a dynamic laboratory environment.
