Job Description:
- Assist in purchasing parts and processing of purchase order to suppliers.
- Prepare invoice and delivery order for shipment.
- Prepare accurate quotation to customers on different parts pricing.
- Coordinating with warehouse personnel in maintaining inventory of parts.
- Monitor delivery schedule and provide accurate update to customer regularly.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Related working experience preferred
- Well verse in Microsoft Office application especially Excel Spreadsheet
- Ability to work independently
