· Data entry and filing of documents.
· Ensure all transaction entry accurately recorded into Realtimme Accounting system.
· Handle general enquiries and administrative works.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and Management.
- Source Quotes from suppliers and forward to clients
- Work Independently
- Preparation of full sets of accounts, taxation, cash flow etc.
- Computer literate e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point
- 5.5 days work week
- Singaporean or PR to apply
