Job Description:
· Arrange and uphold personnel documentation.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
· Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
· Support the development and implementation of employee orientation and training programs.
· Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Assist with employee relations activities, including facilitating communication between employees and management, and addressing employee concerns or grievances.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
· Support in processing and renewing work permit applications through MOM portals (WPOL, EPOL).
· Update internal databases (e.g. keeping records such as leave application, etc.)
· Update and amend company policies as needed.
· Create HR documents such as employment contracts, orientation guides for new hires and etc.
· Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate benefit administration.
· Support payroll processes by furnishing pertinent employee details, such as absences, sick leave, and work schedules.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements related to employment practices.
· Complete additional ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, in any field. in HR.
· Advantage if knowledge of Infotech payroll system.
· knowledge law/quota for construction sector
· At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
· Proficient in Employment act and Tripartite guidelines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented, proficient with numbers, and possesses a proactive mindset towards process improvement.
· Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
