- Assist in the processing of purchase requisitions and send out request for quotations.
- Source materials, spare parts, tools and equipment.
- Negotiate prices and delivery lead time with suppliers/contractors.
- Issue purchase orders and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders.
- Maintain purchasing related documents for record and audit purposes.
