Summary

This unique role essential to the administration of the Prosci business in Singapore. The Business Management Associate role is an opportunity for anyone who:

This role is perfect for a new graduate looking for management experience, someone who enjoys variety, or someone who wants flexibility in their schedule and location.

This person will participate in the preparation and execution of training programs for globally renowned change management company, assist with registering program participants, help with scheduling for upcoming programs, participate in executing marketing campaigns and serve and assist with business analysis.

The role will also engage directly with the Managing Director for special projects and coordination of reporting to the global leadership.

Scope & Responsibilities

Duties

  • Work with operations management to ensure successful scheduling, fulfilment, and execution of training programs. Specifically, they will help operations procure, maintain, and fulfil materials inventory.
  • Work with sales management and assist program participants to ensure easy and successful registration for public enrolment programs.
  • Work with marketing management to execute localised marketing plans, help organise campaigns and prepare and manage market data.
  • Work with training managers to assist with onsite requirements during training programs (as needed).
  • Support administration of backend processes including data management, billing, invoicing, etc.
  • Support acquiring program funding sources, grant applications, and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a business analyst for and assist with special projects at the direction of the Managing Director.

Attributes Skills, & Educational Requirements

  • Excellent attitude and a desire to learn all aspects of a business through hands on experience.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to situational needs.
  • Willingness to collaborate and learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Proactive and strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and good numeracy skill.
  • Ability to work under the direction of others and to carry out individual assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and speak up with well-considered solutions.
  • Diploma/Degree holder in a business management related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred but not required:

  • Interest in change management training and consulting.
  • Experience with using CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce etc.

Physical & Mobility and Other Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and able to lift and move bulky training materials.
  • Must be willing to work in our office/warehouse facility on a regular basis
  • Flexibility to work from home when otherwise not engaged
  • Some local travel throughout the city may be required from time to time
  • Business casual dress is required at times when meeting customers
