• Location: Raffles Place
• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Import Trade Coordinator (Documentation, inventory, 4-month contract)
Job Description:
- Maintenance of the import activity
- Liaising with suppliers and related parties
- Managing the import documents and uploading to the IP system, SF maintenance, and uploading
- Preparing the related documents such as PO etc. and maintaining the delivery chart
- Preparing monthly ingredients in our file and other files that are reported to HQ
- Managing Inventory of raw materials including delivery, stock count etc
- Checking invoices, claims for the torn bags, and others
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
- Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Excel and email
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics-related jobs preferred, but candidates without any experience are welcome to apply
