Key Responsibilities
- P&L responsibility of a Banking & Finance Team
- Responsible for the full spectrum of sales and delivery, both as a single contributor and team manager leading other recruitment consultants
- Drive sales and service levels in both Permanent and Contract Staffing
- Hire, lead, and motivate the best hires for your division
- Lead from the front to drive sales strategy and client delivery, including directly contributing to team targets through individual billing
- Partner with senior management closely to chart a growth strategy for the division
- Deepen client wallet penetration through active client engagement & relationship management
- Drive new client acquisition and retention through business development
Required Skills
- Proven sales & business development skills who thrives on building relationships
- Strong understanding of client & candidate markets within Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Fund Administration, Securities Services,and Brokerages
- A proven manager whom is focused on team sales and delivery
- Minimum 5-7 years of Banking & Finance recruitment experience.
