Responsibilities:
· Management and execution of HR operational processes throughout the On Boarding and Off Boarding
· Design and update job descriptions
· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms
· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
· Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
· Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Preparation of Offer letter and induction.
· Provide monthly recruitment reports of selected / qualified / KIV candidates to the HOD
· Handling relevant reports such as employee data and headcount reports
· Handling of Work Pass and related Passes process (Application, Renewal, Transfer & Cancellation)
· Upholding good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR systems, and compliance with regulatory and policy standards with high integrity.
· Update the organization chart
· Ensure smooth coordination of payroll function with updated on and off boarded employees
· Assist the ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of HR Operations experience
· Ability to multi-task and manage high volume work or multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
· Self-motivated problem solver who is analytical and has good written/verbal communication skills
· Able to adapt to changes and work collaboratively as well as independently
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
· Good understanding of HR processes and local statutory guidelines
. Knowledge of Payroll administration, ERP System and Expat administration etc. would be advantageous
· Able to start immediately
