Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Presales who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire IT ecosystem.


This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by providing pre-sales support, technical expertise, and solution recommendations tailored to our client’s unique business needs.


Responsibilities:

•Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

•Conduct in-depth consultations to identify opportunities where our solutions can add value and address client needs.

•Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.

•Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and insights into our products or services.

•Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs.

•Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

•Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

•Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and delivery teams based on market analysis and client feedback.


Qualifications:

•Master's degree/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

•Proven experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles.

•Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures, including networking, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.

•Experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with cloud migration and optimization strategies.

•Proficiency in security principles and best practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat detection.

•Knowledge of business applications such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools, with the ability to integrate them into holistic solutions.

•Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies, including their applications in driving business insights and innovation.

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

•Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, MCSE) are a plus.
