Work location: Serangoon North Ave 4
Responsibilities:
· Carry out cleaning tasks for offices, meeting rooms and restrooms.
· Perform daily maintenance activities.
· Notify supervisors of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Requirements:
· Physically fit (role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical tasks)
· Able to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
· Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
· Good communication & organisation skills.
· Honest and reliable.
· Takes initiative and be proactive.
